These Terms govern your use of vapgso.com and any inbound call to (336) 791-1885. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the number.

1. Who we are - and who we are not

vapgso operates an advertising and lead-matching website. We generate inbound phone calls and form inquiries from homeowners and we rent or sell those inquiries to independently licensed local contractors.

We are not a contractor. We do not:

- Bid on construction or improvement work

- Enter a construction contract with you

- Perform, superintend, or manage encapsulation, waterproofing, drainage, mold, or structural work

- Pull permits or schedule inspections

- Claim or suggest that vapgso is licensed under North Carolina Chapter 87

Unauthorized practice of general contracting, bidding without a license, and falsely claiming or suggesting a Chapter 87 license are prohibited (see N.C. G.S. 87-1 and 87-13). This site is written to stay on the advertising / matching side of that line.

Any work at your property is solely between you and the independently licensed contractor you choose. Their proposal is theirs. It is not a vapgso bid.

2. What a call or form is

A call to (336) 791-1885 or a submitted quote form is a request to be matched, not an order, not a reservation, and not a contract. We may:

- Answer or record the inbound call (see Privacy Policy)

- Share your name, phone, email, ZIP, and description with one or more contractors

- Allow a contractor to contact you about a visit

We do not promise that a contractor will accept the job, arrive on a set day, or offer a set price. We do not promise a lowest price or a set number of bids.

3. No construction warranties

vapgso does not warrant workmanship, materials, moisture results, mold status, energy savings, permit outcomes, or contractor insurance. If a contractor offers a warranty, it is their warranty. Disputes about the work go to that contractor, not to a construction claim against vapgso.

4. Fair dealing (G.S. 75-1.1)

We try to describe the service plainly: advertising and lead-matching. You agree not to use the site to impersonate someone else, to submit fake inquiries, or to scrape the site. We may refuse or discard inquiries that look fraudulent or abusive.

Nothing on the site is a professional engineering, architectural, or mold-assessment opinion.

5. Your information

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and that we share lead data with third-party contractors. By submitting the form or calling, you direct us to share that information for matching. Do not submit payment-card numbers or bank data through this site. We do not ask for them.

6. Phone number and tracking

(336) 791-1885 is a tracking number (or will be, once provisioned). Calls may be recorded and logged so we can bill a contractor and review quality. If recording is on, the inbound greeting should say so. North Carolina is a one-party-consent state; we still disclose recording on the line when it is in use.

Do not use the number to place outbound marketing calls on our behalf. This property is inbound only.

7. Site content

Copy, layout, and logos on vapgso.com belong to vapgso or its licensors. Do not copy the site to run a competing lead funnel. Information about climate, soil, and typical methods is general. It is not an inspection of your house.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by North Carolina law, vapgso is not liable for contractor acts or omissions, for job results, or for indirect or consequential damages from a match or from a failure to match. Our service is the attempt to pass your inbound request to a contractor. If a court finds a limitation unenforceable, our total liability for a given inquiry is limited to the amount we received for that inquiry, if any.

9. Indemnity

If you hire a contractor you met through this site and a dispute follows, you will not name vapgso as the contractor, the bidder, or the warrantor of the work.

10. Changes, law, contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without a construction-contract overlay we are not party to.
