1) What this site is

vapgso is an advertising and lead-matching service. We do not perform crawl space work. If you call or send the form, we share that inquiry with independently licensed contractors who may visit your home and quote their own work.

2) What we collect

From the quote form: name, phone, email, ZIP, and a brief description (whatever you type).

From a phone call: caller ID / the number you call from; call time, duration, and recording (if recording is enabled); notes a contractor or we take about the request.

Automatic: standard server or builder logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed); cookies or similar that the site host or a future analytics tag may set; form-to-sheet timestamps.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or bank accounts on this site. Please do not type them into the description field.

3) How we use it

To match you with one or more independently licensed local contractors; to return a call or email about your request; to bill a contractor for a lead or a call (call tracking); to stop spam and fake forms; and to fix the site and keep records we are legally required to keep.

4) Who we share it with

Contractors. This is the point of the site. Your name, phone, email, ZIP, and description may be sold or rented to independently licensed contractors in or near Greensboro and the Triad. They may call or text you about a visit.

Processors we use (or will use) to run the funnel: the website host; the form and Google Sheets archive; the inbound call-tracking provider, once a number is provisioned; and email for lead alerts.

Legal. We may share data if required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

We do not sell your information to random advertising networks as a separate product. Sharing with contractors is the commercial use.

5) Call tracking and recording

(336) 791-1885 is a tracking number (or a placeholder until one is issued). The provider logs inbound calls so we know the site is working and so we can charge a contractor for a connected call. If recording is on, the greeting should say the call may be recorded. Please do not use this number to give card data.

6) How long we keep it

Lead records are kept as long as we need them to operate the matching service, settle contractor invoices, and handle disputes, then deleted or archived when they are no longer needed. Hosting and call-tracking vendors have their own retention settings.

7) Your choices

Do not submit the form if you do not want a contractor to receive your information. You can ask us what we have on a recent inquiry, or ask us to stop further matching, by contacting the operator below; we may keep a record that you opted out. You can stop cookies in your browser, and the form and phone still work without marketing cookies. If a contractor already has your information, you will also need to tell that contractor to stop contacting you, because we cannot delete a file we already sent and they already stored.

8) Children

This site is for homeowners and property decision-makers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9) Security and location

No web form is perfectly secure. We use the host's HTTPS and limit who receives the lead inbox. Servers and call-tracking vendors may process data outside North Carolina.
